- bath spa gallery weston-super-mare
A short but exciting one person show in the university’s peculiarly circular gallery space. The very fragile work was surprisingly not too decimated by the end of its week. - salon 09
I reworked Spike Chairs for Matt Roberts Vyner Street space. All the chairs for this work were rescued from the surrounding Hackey streets on the day of installation. - espy
Bringing together the work of 4 close friends Hannah Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Richard Cassidy and myself the works shown in Espy were created to spark a dialogue both between themselves and the space in which they were shown. Espy was the final show of the 10x1 summer series of exhibitions in the Cavendish Gallery, at Bath Spa University. - spike island dispatch office residency
Lecturers from Bath Spa, University of the West of England and Cardiff universities selected a final year student each for a one month residency attached to Spike Sculpture. During the month of July 09 I made work in the diminutive Dispatch Office and held a one-night-only exhibition at the end. - introspective 2009
For the second year running I co-curated the London outing of Bath Spa’s degree show at the Truman Brewery, this time with Laura Beadell. There were 54 of us to squeeze in this year, making the job of creating a coherent show especially challenging. - bath spa degree show 2009
The culmination of 5 years hard work - studio work 2009
Here’s a selection of work that I couldn’t squeeze into my degree show - control art delete
The 2008 bath spa graduate show toured to the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane as part of the annual Free Range student shows. Lucy Odlin and I co-curated a broad range of work by 34 artists in the cavernous warehouse space. Widely acclaimed as the best Bath Spa London show up to that point. - wilderness
I have shown work at Wilderness in the grounds of the American Museum in Bath each year since the inaugural show in 2007. For the 2010 event I will be curating the show with Anne Egan.
